The Port of Pointe-Noire Infrastructure project sits at the intersection of two distinct financing streams, and distinguishing between them is essential for accurate assessment. The EU-linked component, captured in IATI records held by the European Commission's DG INTPA, involves a committed envelope of €30 million directed at the extension and environmental upgrading of the Port Autonome de Pointe-Noire. Two IATI entries correspond to this programme: a parent record running from January 2018 to June 2029, and a related contract record running to July 2027, against which the full €30 million has been recorded as disbursed.
