PASS III, formally titled Programme d'appui du système de santé III (Amagara mu muryango), is an EU-funded health sector support programme in Burundi aimed at advancing universal health coverage, with a particular focus on reproductive, maternal, neonatal, child, and adolescent health. It represents the third phase of continuous EU engagement in Burundian health since 2016, and on paper it is one of the more substantive EU development commitments in the country.
